This property had a full house renovation creating a beautiful modern family home. The main structural change included utilising one of the double garages to make a large kitchen/dining area.
In order to achieve this, D&B were required to apply for planning permission - which was granted, Building Control were also engaged to enable a completion certificate when works were complete. Developing and Building designed and installed all elements of the property refurbishments.
